iSmartSync is a Shopify-integrated POS and retail operations platform built and operated by IT Brain (Private) Limited, Lahore, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use iSmartSync.

When you connect your Shopify store to iSmartSync, we access:

• Products, variants, prices, and inventory levels
• Orders and fulfillment status

• Shopify locations

We access only the data necessary to operate the POS and inventory sync features.

From Your Use of iSmartSync

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Branch, counter, and staff configuration
• POS transaction records
• Inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments
• Shift and cash management records

Technical Data

• IP address and device information
• Browser type and version
• Usage logs and error reports

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide POS billing, inventory management, and Shopify sync services
• Sync inventory and orders between your Shopify store and physical branches
• Generate FBR-compliant invoices and credit notes
• Provide analytics and reporting
• Send transactional emails and support communications
• Improve and maintain the platform

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Shopify Data Usage

iSmartSync uses Shopify API access strictly to:

• Import products, variants, and inventory into the POS
• Sync inventory changes back to Shopify after sales, fulfillments, returns, and transfers
• Read and display Shopify orders inside iSmartSync
• Update Shopify fulfillment status when orders are dispatched

We do not use Shopify data for advertising or share it with unauthorized third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure. We use:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
• Access controls and authentication for all staff
• Regular security reviews and monitoring

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request, except where retention is required by law (such as FBR compliance records).
