No. iSmartSync has loyalty built in, with one wallet for your branches and online store on the Max and Ultra plans.

Can I use iSmart Reach with iSmartSync?

Yes. iSmart Reach reads the courier tracking that iSmartSync adds to your Shopify orders, so delivery updates go out on their own.

Are they on the Shopify App Store?

What does WhatsApp cost?

iSmart Reach has a free plan with 100 messages a month, and paid plans from $3.99. Meta also charges its own fee per message, which Meta bills to you directly. The cost calculator is on reach.ismartsync.com.
